Pats Krysiak is a global creative with roots spanning Poland, Canada, and over a decade of life in Peru. Her connection to the country began in university, when she traveled with an NGO to Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Piura, and Lima—an experience that first sparked her passion for Peruvian culture, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

Throughout her career, Pats has worked across the Peruvian textile, fashion, and tourism industries, blending business strategy with a deep curiosity for the country’s landscapes and communities. Her work has taken her across the Amazon rainforest and the Andes mountains, where she helped promote Peru’s travel industry through her extensive experience with Amazon River cruise companies. She also launched Glossy Paradise, a natural skincare line rooted in superfoods sourced from the Peruvian Amazon.

Previously, Pats co-founded Andeana Hats, where she combined her interests in craftsmanship, culture, and conscious consumerism. She later co-founded Mayu Mission, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to help connect women in developing countries to global marketplaces, enabling them to build sustainable sources of income. In both ventures, she collaborated closely with NGOs to support artisan skill development and fair economic opportunities.

In 2020, Pats completed a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from HBS Online, strengthening her commitment to impact-driven business.

Today, Pats works in Peru’s luxury travel sector, leading marketing and creative strategy initiatives that spotlight the country’s rich culture, biodiversity, and transformative travel experiences.
